Before we wrap
Older paint, resprays, factory paint with little flaws, or aftermarket carbon panels can sometimes be delicate during the install or removal of film and graphics. In a few spots a clean cut isn't possible with knifeless tape, so a blade may be used over the body, usually on the inner edges of panels.
We handle every car with enormous care and years of experience. That said, we can't be responsible for damage to existing paint that was already compromised before it came to us.

What we cover
This warranty applies to wrap and graphics products we've made and installed. It covers a 12-month, in-house warranty against defects in our materials and our workmanship, including the full replacement of any failed material, plus removal and re-installation.
In short: if it's our film or our install that lets you down within 12 months, we'll put it right.

What we don't cover
It doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse, road debris, general wear and tear, or anything that isn't down to our materials or installation.
It also doesn't cover failures that come from keeping old emblems or trim and wrapping over them, or issues caused by pre-existing paint damage. All claims need to be made within the 12-month window and approved by our team.

If something goes wrong
If there's a warrantable issue, we'll either repair or replace the affected film, our choice, at our studio. Any replacement material carries the same coverage as the original, with the original expiry date.

Tricky areas
Some panels (deep recesses, sharp channels, severe ridges) are simply beyond what film can wrap cleanly. We call these "compound areas". We'll point them out together before we start, and film failures in those spots aren't covered.
This is the only warranty we offer on our wrap products. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.

Payments
Payments are non-refundable. But if anything's not right with the work, we'll always do our best to fix it, that's a promise.

Pickup & parking
Once your car's ready, we'll let you know the pickup day and time. If pickup is delayed on your end, we're not able to take responsibility for the car while it waits in the parking bay outside.
